Photos, Feedback and Public Reviews Policy

1. Private feedback and help

Eligible verified customers or volunteer hosts may submit feedback about their own real completed visit. Private comments and a request for help are separate from public review fields and publication permission. An unresolved concern, low rating, refund request or dissatisfaction does not remove eligibility for candid feedback. A review does not authorize capture, approve a payout, resolve a quality case or enroll anyone in recurrence.

Private feedback, household location, support details, internal assessment and staff notes are not copied into the public projection. Access is limited to the customer/host and authorized staff according to the feature. Do not put entry codes, raw payment data, unrelated people’s personal information or confidential incident evidence in public text.

2. Exact optional publication permission

Before requesting website publication, review the exact rating, public text and displayed identity in the public preview. The permission choice is separate and initially unchecked. It covers that submitted public version only, not all future edits, photos, private comments, advertising or third-party review sites. Ordinary service, support, evaluation compensation and remedies are not conditioned on that choice.

A submitted public review is pending moderation until approved. Editing the public version retires the previous published snapshot and requires fresh exact permission and moderation; the old public text is not left published as if you approved the new one. One current review per eligible visit counts; revisions do not create extra reviews. Existing exact-version consents are not silently replaced by publication of this proposed policy.

3. Moderation genuine criticism and rating groups

Moderation checks authenticity, relevant first-hand experience, privacy, unlawful/threatening content and other disclosed content restrictions. A low star rating, fair criticism, open concern, charge dispute or refund is not itself a removal reason. We do not condition any incentive expressly or implicitly on a favorable sentiment and do not manufacture, buy or publish fictional reviews as genuine.

Ordinary customer and complimentary-evaluation reviews remain separate groups with their own count and average. Every published eligible rating in the stated group determines its total/average, rather than selected cards or the currently visible page. Every pilot card discloses that the cleaning was complimentary. A provider assessment/re-clean is not an extra ordinary customer review, and fictional examples never enter genuine totals. If there are no eligible published reviews, show the true zero state without invented ratings.

4. Complimentary evaluations and external sites

A volunteer household receives the agreed cleaning for $0 in exchange for candid private feedback. Website publication is separately optional after completion, and any published review discloses the complimentary cleaning. Cleaner pay is independent of passing, praise and public permission. No Google review is part of this exchange, and no positive-review condition is cured merely by disclosing an incentive.

The website permission does not authorize posting to Google or another review service. Any future ordinary-customer invitation must be sentiment-neutral, truthful and follow the destination’s rules; no campaign or automated external invitation is activated here.

5. Withdrawal copies and retention

You may withdraw the public version through its account controls. Withdrawal removes it from our future website display immediately in canonical state; a stale tab, browser cache or independent search/archive copy may take time to change outside our control. Contact hello@madecleanpros.com if you cannot access the control or need a correction reviewed. We do not promise control over third-party screenshots or archives.

Private feedback, revision history, moderation reasons and permission/withdrawal evidence may be retained for support, integrity, security and legal obligations under the Privacy Notice. Withdrawal is distinct from deletion of every lawful underlying record. An edit or withdrawal does not itself resolve a separate support concern.

6. Photos video audio and limited documentation

Necessary job/incident documentation requires lawful authority, a specific service/support purpose, minimal collection and restricted storage. Do not routinely photograph private interiors, people, sensitive papers or security details. A person documenting a concern should avoid unrelated identifying content and use the approved restricted channel. No continuous surveillance, recording or AI-processing permission is inferred from an appointment or evaluation.

Identifiable home photos, video/audio or promotional testimonials beyond the exact text-review feature require a separate clear permission describing the precise material, use, destinations, display identity, duration and withdrawal route, plus permission from affected people as applicable. No blanket promotional license is granted by submitting support evidence. Photo/video review uploads and paid AI interviewing are not presently activated website features.
