Volunteer-Host Evaluation Terms

1. The arrangement and household price

Made Clean Pros LLC proposes a company-funded practical cleaner evaluation at a consenting Tucson-area household. The household owes $0 for the agreed evaluation cleaning. No card setup, cleaning authorization, charge or ordinary paid booking is part of this evaluation, including when you have a saved card from another booking. Cleaner compensation is separately agreed and funded by Company; it is not the household’s obligation.

In return, give candid private feedback about the agreed experience. Praise, a minimum rating, public-review permission, marketing permission and a Google review are not required. A refusal to publish or an honest criticism does not create a household charge, reduce the cleaner’s agreed compensation or waive a concern. These public terms are for attorney review; live capacity, support, compensation and readiness must be separately established before a real evaluation.

2. Request exact scope and confirmation

An interest request, suggested date or linked candidate is not an appointment. Before confirmation, the host and candidate separately review the same recorded terms version: agreed checklist, exclusions, selected extras, local date/window and time zone, estimated duration, $0 host price, separately agreed fixed cleaner compensation and actual support/supervision arrangement. Both applicable acceptances and required readiness must be current. A material change resets the relevant consents and needs a new review; a coordinator cannot silently change confirmed location or scope.

Provide coarse area and home details first, then exact address/access only through the restricted process when necessary for coordination. Location is shared only with authorized staff and the accepted eligible candidate as needed. Any stated supervision arrangement must say accurately whether assistance is remote or on site; no continuous on-site supervision, completed checks, insurance or staffed availability is promised merely by this pilot description.

3. Access safety preparation and the visit

You must be an adult authorized to grant access. Provide accurate details, safe lawful entry, needed utilities and notice of hazards, delicate surfaces, damaged fixtures, product restrictions or relevant access needs. Secure pets, weapons, valuables and sensitive documents and keep agreed areas accessible. These precautions do not excuse legally attributable negligence or misconduct.

The agreed ordinary residential scope controls; excluded hazardous/specialist work is not added because the price is $0. The candidate or host may pause unsafe or materially different work and contact the named coordinator. Changes require appropriate host/candidate agreement. A practical assessment is not a guaranteed result or a promise of future service.

4. Changes withdrawal and no access

Tell the coordinator through the available account action or hello@madecleanpros.com promptly if you need to change or withdraw. A proposed replacement time needs fresh mutual confirmation. No household cancellation or no-access fee is proposed for this complimentary evaluation. The household remains $0; Company handles any separate candidate compensation commitment.

For access failure, use reasonable safe contact and coordinator review; never trespass or misstate completion. No one is required to remain in danger. We may cancel or reschedule for safety, readiness or capacity, preserving a clear account of existing commitments and truthful updates. A real evaluation is not confirmed until those arrangements are actually supportable.

5. Private feedback public review and documentation

After a completed evaluation, the host can provide candid private feedback and request help separately. Private assessment/support details do not become a testimonial or a payment decision. Optional website review permission is a distinct unchecked choice for the exact public rating, text and displayed identity; edits need fresh permission/moderation and withdrawal removes future website display under the review policy.

Any published evaluation review is labeled as a complimentary evaluation cleaning and kept in the pilot rating group, separate from ordinary paid-customer ratings. No Google review is part of the exchange. Identifiable home photos, video, audio or promotional use require separate appropriate consent; no blanket recording/license follows from participation.

6. Concerns responsibility and preserved rights

Report quality, safety, damage, injury or suspected theft directly to Company through support/email. Use emergency services first for immediate danger. The claims policy provides a fair evidence, correction and escalation process; a $0 price does not eliminate legal rights, impose a zero-dollar liability cap or require insurer-first pursuit. Any compensation or insurance determination is separate from household feedback and publication choice.

Evaluation completion does not activate the cleaner, award a provider role or promise future work. Future paid service needs a separate order and agreement. Exact host/candidate terms-version receipts are retained; this public proposed document is not automatically attached to existing acknowledgments or applied retroactively.
