MADE CLEAN PROS LLC
Paid Cleaner Evaluation Terms
A separately compensated practical assessment; outcome and testimonial permission do not determine pay.
Version 0.3 · Revised
Document ID: mcp-paid-cleaner-evaluation-terms-2026-10-24-v0.3
Not attorney-approved and not for customer or provider acceptance. Publication does not activate fees, contracts, recurring obligations, real service, payment or provider approval. Proposed commercial clauses need owner and qualified professional review before operative use.
1. Purpose and relationship
Made Clean Pros LLC may offer a practical cleaning evaluation to assess a candidate’s preparation, communication, safe product/surface judgment, agreed-area cleaning, condition reporting, escalation, walkthrough and response to missed work. Human review determines assessment and any later readiness decision. Passing, provider approval and activation are separate; no employment/contractor classification, jobs, volume or earnings is guaranteed.
This proposed public agreement is for attorney review. A real evaluation requires an authorized specific offer, lawful relationship, appropriate readiness, support and funding. An application, interview or guide alone is not an evaluation appointment or permission to enter a home.
2. Exact offer voluntary acceptance and readiness
Before voluntary acceptance, the specific Evaluation Order must show the agreed scope/checklist, exclusions, estimated duration, exact fixed compensation, earning/payment arrangement, date/window/time zone, travel context, permitted attendees and truthful support/supervision arrangement. The host price is $0 and is separate from candidate pay. Required identity, background/insurance and other readiness must be valid for that evaluation; an upload or a signed contractor label is not sufficient proof.
Review the proposed terms version and any permitted location/access information. Candidate acceptance of the evaluation and the narrow host-linked exact-version confirmation are separate from the host’s own acceptance. A material scope, time, compensation, location or support change needs a new recorded proposal and applicable fresh assent. No real appointment is confirmed by a one-sided proposed time.
3. Compensation independently earned
Concrete recommendation — not an approved or activated commercial policy
The Company—not the host—owes the exact fixed compensation specified in the accepted Evaluation Order for the agreed work. Compensation must not depend on passing, a positive rating, household praise, optional website-review permission, future activation or Company obtaining a customer payment. The household owes $0, including if it has another saved card.
Recommended payment clause for owner/counsel review: pay the undisputed agreed evaluation amount no later than five business days after documented performance, using a separately approved secure method. Explain any genuine performance/earning dispute in writing, permit a response and pay the undisputed portion on schedule. A disappointing assessment does not itself erase pay for work performed. Any shorter mandatory payment deadline or required minimum-wage/overtime obligation controls if the actual relationship is employment. Any extra scope, extended wait or return visit needs a separately agreed payment arrangement; no unpaid trial, compulsory free correction or undisclosed fee is proposed.
4. Preparation safety personnel and cancellation
Concrete recommendation — not an approved or activated commercial policy
Bring suitable agreed tools/materials, use lawful safe methods and follow product labels and property restrictions. Disclose any proposed attendee; no unapproved helper or substitution may enter. Do not undertake excluded hazards, specialist work or material extras without a properly authorized change. Pause unsafe or materially different work and contact the named coordinator. Support details must distinguish remote availability from actual on-site supervision; neither is assumed from the word evaluation.
Give prompt notice if unable to attend. The host owes no cancellation/access fee. Recommended Company/candidate compensation for Company/host-caused cancellation after authorized travel or verified no access is the greater of $25 or 25% of agreed evaluation compensation, capped at that compensation, with extended work separately agreed. No provider-decline penalty applies before acceptance. Candidate-caused failure requires fair facts and review; it does not justify deductions from unrelated earned work. This proposal requires owner/counsel approval and does not activate any payout.
5. Assessment feedback and fair decisions
A human records the assessment against the disclosed criteria, documented work and relevant exceptions. A candidate may explain the result or report an error through the recruiting support route. Assessment, compensation, complaint handling and provider activation are separate decisions. No automated interview, recording or paid AI service is activated by these terms.
The host may give candid private feedback. The private review/support process is restricted to the host and authorized staff; it is not a requirement that the host publish a testimonial. Any optional website review must separately disclose the complimentary cleaning and remain outside ordinary customer totals. Do not pressure a host to approve payment, withdraw criticism or publish praise.
6. Confidentiality incidents and completion
Use household identity, address, access material and assessment information only for the authorized evaluation. Protect devices/keys, avoid unnecessary interior photos and do not post or upload private material to social media or AI services. Any necessary documentation uses the lawful restricted evidence process. Report safety incidents, damage, suspected theft, lost keys or suspected data misuse promptly and preserve original facts without making unauthorized admissions or settlements.
A completed evaluation does not automatically activate a provider or promise future work. Any later provider agreement and Work Order require their own approved exact versions and affirmative acceptance. Preserve lawful payment and incident obligations after cancellation or an unsuccessful assessment. Mandatory legal rights remain available, with voluntary informal review and courts of lawful jurisdiction as the proposed dispute position.
