Our rating counts reviews from completed regular customer cleanings that their authors permitted us to publish. Each visit can have one current review. We include all eligible published ratings in that group, including criticism; the count represents reviews, not unique customers. Edits replace a review rather than adding another. Averages are rounded to one decimal.

Complimentary pilot experiences

These hosts received a complimentary evaluation cleaning in exchange for candid feedback. A positive rating and publication permission were never required. These reviews are shown separately and do not contribute to the customer rating. “Verified completed cleaning” means a review is linked to a completed visit; it does not mean a pilot host purchased a cleaning.
