MADE CLEAN PROS LLC
Service and Marketing Communications Policy
Purpose-specific permission, truthful current capabilities and separate optional marketing choices.
Version 0.4 · Revised
Document ID: mcp-communications-2026-10-24-v0.4
Not attorney-approved and not for customer or provider acceptance. Publication does not activate fees, contracts, recurring obligations, real service, payment or provider approval. Proposed commercial clauses need owner and qualified professional review before operative use.
1. Current supported communications
The website supports account sign-in by requested email link, available in-app records/support features, and ordinary email correspondence initiated through hello@madecleanpros.com. The mail link opens your own email application; opening it does not send a message. Sign-in messages serve authentication and do not enroll you in marketing.
General outbound service-email transport, SMS and paid AI interviewing are not activated. The system may save a preparation marked email not sent; that is not evidence of delivery. Resend integration and a prior controlled diagnostic do not establish an active general notification campaign. Current contact permission for prepared service-email events is not inferred from a booking, saved card, login or generic sales consent.
2. Visitor assistant and human Messages
The visitor assistant provides information and navigation separately from human Messages. General questions can be asked without contact details, an account or a booking. The interface identifies live AI versus guided help accurately; guided responses are available when no live model is connected or the provider is unavailable. Conversations are saved and may be reviewed by specifically authorized staff as described in the current Privacy Notice. Please do not include card details, passwords, entry codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
A question or assistant answer does not itself submit a human-support request, confirm a staff member is currently available, reserve service, alter an accepted quote or provider payout, authorize payment, cancel work, issue a refund or activate a provider. A supported human-help action must state whether a request was actually submitted; a mail link only opens your email application. Proposed legal provisions remain proposed when explained by the assistant, and unknown answers must be identified rather than invented. General outbound service-email/SMS and paid AI recruiting/interview features remain separately disabled or disconnected.
3. Proposed purpose and destination permission
Concrete recommendation — not an approved or activated commercial policy
Before enabling automated service messages, we recommend a clear separate record of the verified destination, permitted channel and necessary service purposes such as request status, appointment changes, payment action, safety/support and receipts. Show the exact permission text/version, provider identity, time and a correction/withdrawal route; recheck destination/purpose before each send. A message preparation or failed attempt is not delivery.
Providing a phone number alone does not grant universal permission for texts, automated calls, marketing, third-party contact, recording or AI processing. Respect applicable technology-specific consent, hours, frequency, opt-out and reassigned/wrong-destination safeguards. Where a necessary channel is unavailable or declined, agree an available lawful alternative and explain any practical limitation; do not treat opt-out as misconduct or silently send elsewhere. These are proposed activation requirements, not a claim that automated service messaging is already operational.
4. Optional marketing and choices
Marketing permission must be separately optional, specific to the sender/purpose/channel and not prechecked or a condition of buying cleaning, applying, receiving evaluation compensation or resolving a concern. A one-time quote request, account, card or public review is not enrollment. No advertising, automated marketing email or SMS campaign is activated by this document.
Any later commercial email must provide lawful sender identification and unsubscribe mechanisms, and honor requests under applicable rules. Any later marketing text/call needs the appropriate separate consent and opt-out process before activation. You can email us to correct contact information or communicate preferences; do not include sensitive identifiers in the first message. Essential lawful account/security or transaction notices may be handled separately from optional marketing, using an available permitted channel.
5. Security accuracy recording and support
Protect sign-in links and codes; do not forward them to staff or place them in public messages. We will not ask you to email a raw card number, bank login, password or full home-entry credential. Report suspicious messages privately using our business email. A sender label, automated acknowledgment or queued notice is not proof of confirmation, arrival, funding, completion or human review.
No recording, transcription or AI analysis is authorized by a general phone/contact permission. A future recorded or AI-assisted interaction requires a separate lawful basis, clear notice, appropriate consent and safeguards. Support descriptions must match actual staffing; no 24/7 response or on-site supervisor is promised. For immediate danger use emergency services rather than waiting for a website reply.
