Pricing, Payment and Recurring Service Policy
Accepted-price protection, transparent optional recurrence and the proposed Model B payment rules.
Version 0.3 · Revised
Document ID: mcp-pricing-payment-recurring-2026-10-24-v0.3
Not attorney-approved and not for customer or provider acceptance. Publication does not activate fees, contracts, recurring obligations, real service, payment or provider approval. Proposed commercial clauses need owner and qualified professional review before operative use.
1. Current status and clear amounts
The website currently provides estimates and saved requests; real appointments and payment collection are not open. Applicable tax is not yet configured, so a displayed service subtotal is not represented as a final tax-inclusive total. Before any future commitment, the order must disclose applicable tax and the complete amount; there is no hidden mandatory platform fee.
Starting Standard service subtotals are $195, $245 and $305 across the current home-size bands; Deep is $260, $335 and $425. Starting refrigerator interior is $45, oven interior $55, and accessible baseboards $45/$60/$75 by band with Deep already including that work. Specific size/scope eligibility is shown in the quote. These are starting offer configurations, not a promise of every property’s eligibility or a reason to change an already accepted price.
2. Quote validity and accepted-price protection
An issued quote is valid until its displayed recorded expiry for its disclosed property information, service, extras, cadence and assumptions. The saved quote normally expires seven days after the quote session was created; later revisions retain that original deadline unless a separately recorded new quote is issued. Its recorded expiry and terms remain with the quote. A valid quote is not a capacity reservation or appointment. At expiry, or when material inputs change, a new quote may be proposed before acceptance.
Once accepted for a Service Order, the agreed price and scope remain authoritative. Optimization, new catalog versions, demand changes or later discounts apply to new quotes under authorized rules; they do not silently alter an issued valid quote, accepted booking, recurring agreement or provider payout. Material incorrect inputs, unsafe conditions or customer-requested changes require a clear new proposal showing reason, scope, subtotal/tax/total and timing effects. Extra charges need affirmative approval; changed provider work/payout needs provider acceptance. Retain the original and approved replacement records; a rejected change does not authorize retroactive billing.
4. Recommended live timing and payment failure
Concrete recommendation — not an approved or activated commercial policy
Recommended launch clause for owner/counsel review: schedule the first same-day authorization attempt four hours before planned provider departure only where this is possible on that cleaning day and staffed support is available. If a secure action remains unresolved 30 minutes before departure, Operations contacts the customer and arranges a mutually accepted later time or cancellation; no travel/start is released unfunded. Early slots that cannot meet this process are not offered until a separately approved, supported same-day arrangement is disclosed. These proposed commercial clocks are not approved or activated by publication.
A declined card or delayed authentication is not completed cleaning or an automatic penalty. Explain the problem without exposing payment data and offer an authorized retry or alternative method where supported. Release unnecessary holds and reconcile processor status. Provider compensation for a Company/payment-readiness delay is a separate obligation under the accepted Work Order; it is not automatically zero because customer collection failed.
5. Recommended completion concern and capture process
Concrete recommendation — not an approved or activated commercial policy
Recommended launch clause for owner/counsel review: after documented completion, provide the customer the completed checklist/exceptions and a clear 24-hour opportunity to report ordinary scope concerns. Silence is not satisfaction, acceptance or a waiver. When no concern is reported, an authorized human may approve capture for documented agreed work after checking completion, accepted amount, notice, current authorization and any known exception; a timer alone never captures. This finite process prevents optional satisfaction responses from holding valid payment open indefinitely.
If a genuine quality concern is open, pause unattended capture, assign human review and explain a proposed correction, refund or supported undisputed amount. Do not treat a rating, a survey or silence as resolution. Obtain any additional permission legally required for a changed amount or new collection. If an authorization cannot safely remain valid during review, release it and seek fresh authorized payment arrangements; do not capture merely to beat expiry. Exact capture authority, review staffing, disputed-amount collection and response clocks require owner/counsel approval before real use. Experimental 72-hour rehearsal and processor validity buffers are not customer contract terms.
6. Charges refunds and financial distinctions
Charge only the agreed performed service, affirmatively approved changes and any separately disclosed validly accepted fee. Do not charge unperformed cleaning as if complete or use a cleaning hold for unrelated damage allegations. Authorization, capture, refund, release and provider payout are different states. A refund or re-clean does not automatically settle an injury/property claim or reduce earned provider pay.
Stripe is the intended card processor; no live production card collection is currently enabled. Card entry, when separately enabled, belongs in the secure processor interface, not email or free-text fields. We retain only necessary processor references, safe payment-status information and receipts, rather than raw card details. Your bank and processor control when released holds and refunds appear. Statutory payment disputes and other non-waivable rights remain available.
7. Recurring enrollment prices and stopping future visits
The starting Standard discounts are 15% weekly, 10% every two weeks and 5% every four weeks, with disclosed quote rounding. Deep and extras are not cadence-discounted in the starting configuration. The accepted per-visit subtotal/tax/total controls; a discount percentage is not permission to infer a different final price. Four-week service is every 28 days, not monthly. First Deep and later Standard visits must each show their own scope and price.
Recurrence requires a separate affirmative choice with frequency, future visits, pricing, payment permission and cancellation instructions shown before enrollment. No paid membership, minimum visit count, automatic renewal fee or retrospective discount clawback is included. Stop or pause future recurrence using the account where supported or email us; no retention call or marketing consent is required. Deal separately with any already-confirmed visit under its accepted cancellation policy, without hiding the future-recurrence stop action.
Recommended future price-change clause: give at least 30 calendar days’ notice before proposing a changed recurring price, explain affected visits and obtain affirmative agreement before charging or performing those visits at the new amount. If agreement is not received, retain the existing accepted price where supportable or stop future unaccepted visits with notice; do not treat silence as acceptance or silently remove an existing confirmed commitment. This notice period is proposed for owner/counsel review, not an active recurring program.
