MADE CLEAN PROS LLC
Customer Service Agreement
The proposed relationship between the customer and Made Clean Pros for an agreed residential cleaning.
Version 0.3 · Revised
Document ID: mcp-customer-service-agreement-2026-10-24-v0.3
Not attorney-approved and not for customer or provider acceptance. Publication does not activate fees, contracts, recurring obligations, real service, payment or provider approval. Proposed commercial clauses need owner and qualified professional review before operative use.
1. Parties and responsibility
This proposed agreement is between Made Clean Pros LLC and the adult customer identified in a future accepted Service Order. You must own, occupy or have authority to arrange access and purchase cleaning for the property. The Company markets and coordinates cleaning, sets customer quotes, matches willing providers, collects authorized payments, and handles customer support and recovery. The provider performs the agreed cleaning through the intended independent-business arrangement. We are not merely a passive referral website.
We remain your point of contact for quality, safety and claims. You need not pursue a cleaner or insurer before contacting us or using lawful remedies. A contractor label does not decide classification, agency, insurance coverage or our legal responsibility. No completed background check, insurance policy, bonding, continuous supervision, round-the-clock support or guaranteed result is asserted by these draft terms.
2. Service Order and appointment status
The Service Order must identify the property, service, checklist and exclusions, selected extras, condition/access information, service subtotal, applicable tax and final total when configured, requested/confirmed local arrival window, cadence, quote expiry, payment permission and exact agreement versions. Review and correct supplied or pre-populated property information. Estimated duration is a planning allowance, not permission to leave agreed tasks unfinished.
A request or automated receipt is not an appointment. Confirmation requires eligible address and lawful scope, qualified willing capacity, both sides’ required acceptance, readiness and separately authorized payment arrangements. A confirmed future time is distinct from cleaning-day funding readiness. Preferred-cleaner matching is attempted when practical; availability is not guaranteed. Material provider, scope or time changes must be communicated and accepted as applicable. If we cannot fulfill, we offer a supported alternative or cancellation without a charge for unperformed cleaning.
3. Agreed cleaning scope
Standard Cleaning addresses ordinary accessible household surfaces, kitchen/bathroom care and floors under the agreed checklist. Deep Cleaning adds agreed attention to ordinary buildup, accessible baseboards, cabinet fronts, doors and trim. Refrigerator interior and oven interior are optional extras; empty the refrigerator and provide a cool accessible oven. Accessible baseboards are a Standard add-on and included in Deep; the same work is not charged twice.
Unless expressly included in an authorized offering, exclusions include dishes, laundry, decluttering, cabinet interiors, exterior/high windows, carpet extraction, heavy appliance or furniture moving, high-access work, mold, pests, biohazards, regulated repair and restoration. Commercial, short-term-rental turnover and move-in/out cleaning are outside the initial residential offer. Cleaning cannot reverse permanent stains, wear, mineral damage or existing defects. No task beyond the agreed lawful scope is implied by a broad description.
4. Preparation access pets and hazards
Provide accurate entry instructions through the restricted account process, lawful access and utilities reasonably needed for the work. Disclose known hazards, fragile finishes, defective fixtures and product restrictions. Secure pets, weapons, valuables and sensitive papers, and leave agreed areas reasonably accessible. These precautions do not excuse legally attributable negligence or misconduct by us or the provider.
Access information is for authorized work only. A provider may pause unsafe, unauthorized or materially different work and contact us. Do not ask a provider to trespass, handle excluded hazards or use an unsafe product. We coordinate a safe resolution and any separately agreed change; a pause is not automatically completion or customer fault.
5. Price changes and payment
The Pricing, Payment and Recurring Service Policy is part of a future order only when its exact approved version is expressly incorporated and accepted. Issued quotes retain their displayed expiry and agreed scope; the saved quote normally expires seven days after the quote session was created. A revision does not automatically restart that deadline. Accepted prices and provider payouts cannot be silently changed by a pricing optimizer. A material correction or requested scope/date change requires a separately explained new quote and the applicable affirmative acceptance; we do not overwrite the old record.
Model B saves the payment method at booking, authorizes the agreed amount on the property’s cleaning day before travel/start, and captures only under the applicable documented-completion and concern policy. A pending bank hold is not a settled charge. No charge, recurrence, fee or extra work is authorized by this proposed document, a saved card, silence or a review submission.
6. Changes cancellation and no access
Request a change promptly through the account action where available or hello@madecleanpros.com; receipt time controls, not the time our team later reads it. Requests remain distinct from accepted changes. Additional customer charges require your affirmative approval; changed provider work or payout requires provider agreement. You may decline a proposed extra without an undisclosed charge.
The separate cancellation/access proposal supplies the recommended notice and fee policy. An unconfirmed request has no confirmed-time late-cancellation obligation. A lockout report requires human review of appointment, correct timely arrival, contact/wait steps, instructions, fault and emergencies. No unperformed cleaning is marked complete to collect a fee. Existing holds are released when no longer needed, subject to the actual processor result.
7. Completion concerns and claims
Completion records show performed scope and exceptions; they do not by themselves establish satisfaction. You may report a missed task or ask for help independently of a rating. Please report ordinary missed-scope issues preferably within 24 hours so a correction remains practical. This is a service target, not a waiver or legal claim cutoff. Injury, suspected theft, damage and safety reports follow the separate claims process.
We assess proportionate evidence and coordinate an appropriate correction, re-clean, refund or reasoned response. A re-clean time is confirmed only when capacity is agreed. Quality remedies, payment decisions, provider responsibility and insurance determinations remain separate. No customer must surrender lawful rights or publish praise to obtain review or a remedy.
8. Optional recurrence and easy rebooking
Recurrence is optional and distinct from a one-time purchase, saved card, feedback or marketing permission. Before enrollment we show cadence, per-visit pricing, timing, payment permission, change/cancellation method and exact terms. Every four weeks means 28 days, not a calendar month. There is no approved minimum visit count, separate membership charge or retrospective discount clawback.
One-tap rebooking prepares prior property, scope, extras and preferences for a new review. You see current price and available dates before confirming a new order. It does not automatically purchase service or promise the former price or cleaner. Future accepted recurring prices remain protected until a disclosed future change is affirmatively agreed for affected visits; a silent algorithmic revision cannot amend them.
9. Account notices remedies and legal rights
Concrete recommendation — not an approved or activated commercial policy
Keep relevant contact details accurate and protect sign-in credentials. Service-purpose communications and optional marketing permission remain separate. Necessary support is available through our business email; no specific staffed live-support hours are currently promised. See the Communications Policy for current channel limits.
The proposed legal allocation preserves responsibility as determined by applicable law. We propose excluding only legally excludable remote consequential losses, such as speculative lost profits, while preserving legally recoverable direct property damage, bodily injury, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct and non-waivable rights. No monetary cap, insurer-first remedy or blanket customer indemnity is proposed. Courts with lawful jurisdiction and venue remain available; informal resolution is voluntary, without mandatory arbitration or class/jury waiver. Counsel must approve this allocation before operative use.
10. Versioned acceptance and continuity
Only a separately approved execution version may later be offered for acceptance. The customer must receive the exact Service Order and referenced documents in retainable form, see an unambiguous acceptance action, and separately choose any recurring and future/off-session payment permissions. Record actual actor, document ID/version/content hash, order and quote reference, affirmative event/time and delivered-copy evidence. Applicable electronic-record consent requirements must be satisfied; a general checkbox is not a substitute for every legally required disclosure.
This public v0.3 is not connected to acceptance and does not replace existing records. Material future changes require appropriate notice and renewed agreement, not retroactive amendment. Ending an account or restricting misuse does not erase existing claims, refunds, provider obligations or legitimate records. A successor must preserve applicable obligations; remaining lawful provisions survive only as permitted by law.
